In the highly competitive world of hydrocarbon liquids storage and distribution services, small improvements can be huge.  Oiltanking asked Industribrand to create a program to enable employees to identify, recommend and implement changes to better serve customers and reduce costs.

The resulting Value Innovation program, now in its second year, has saved in excess of $1.5 million and energized the work force.  Combining small group brainstorming seminars with award-winning newsletters, posters and other communications strategies, the program is helping employees “pipe up” with ways to make things better.
